Goals as November Shivers into December

Brrr.  That’s what I’ve got to say about the Monday after Thanksgiving.  Brrr.  The high?  39 degrees and I’m loving it.  I made it to the labyrinth and thus had an excuse for some time outdoors before I attempted work.

Work.  So how’d that go last week with all of two work days?  Not bad.  I managed some work time with people home and came away from the week with 4703 words total.  Not 6000 but not bad either.

One of the best things?  I submitted my piece to the Muffin.  It was accepted that day and is scheduled for mid-December.  Woo-hoo!

That said, there’s plenty to get done this week.

Weekly Goals:

  • 5 posts for One Writer’s Journey.  Done!
  • 1 review on the Bookshelf.  Done!
  • 1 post for PrayPower.  Done!
  • Write my posts for the Church blog.  Done!

Goals with Deadlines:

  • 30 picture book ideas for PiBoIdMo.  Am up to 30 out of the 30.  No more.  No less.  Deadline:  11/30.  Done!
  • Edit Mo Scribbles.  Deadline:  11/30.  Done!

Non-Deadline Goals:

  • Submit piece to the Bulletin.  Done!
  • Finish the synopsis for a project.

  • Rewrite the picture book I had critiqued.
  • Work on my agent research.
  • Rough submissions for Blue Mountain cards.
