Visual Dictionary

Thank you to Pragmatic Mom for bringing this awesome visual dictionary to my attention.

She recommended it to parents who need to help their children understand concepts that can best be explained visually.   But what about all those things that you can picture in your mind but you don’t know what they are called?  You know — that little doo-dad beneath the whatchamadoodle?

In just a few moments, I found the labeled skeleton of a horse, sutures and various features on a human skull, the parts of a suspension bridge, and the parts of a lighthouse lantern.

I hope you can use this site to find some of what you need to name.
