One Reason to Write for Children

Ever have one of those funky off days where you wonder why you bother?  Who are you writing for anyway?

Check out this amazing article by the Missouri Humanities Council’s Julie Douglas.  Julie talks about how one father used The Snowy Day and the imaginative play that followed to connect with his kids.


That is why we write for kids.  Or at least one of the reasons, but it sure is a good one.
