Last week, Book Riot posted a fantastic piece on Lego Literary creations including scenes from Harry Potter, The Return of the King, and the Globe Theatre. If I didn’t get to build worlds with words every day, I think I’d want to build with Lego bricks.
Amazingly enough there are actually professional Lego builders and here is a video that Sean Kenney, one of them has posted on YouTube. Lego city-scapes fascinate me but I also adore the life sized, or larger than life, comic book heroes. That said, the Great Wall of China was pretty awesome. I’d definitely build historic structures. Imagine Lego Petra. Clearly, my craftings in Lego bricks would be just as diverse as what I craft from words.
Sit back and enjoy his work.
This really makes me want to finish cleaning up here in the office so that I can add a serious Lego theme. Hmm. Talk about an ironic turn of phrase. Serious Lego theme. That said, I bet you understood my meaning.

I hear you. I just ordered myself a Princess Leia LEGO minifigure keychain, and a girlfriend has Lord of the Rings LEGOs on her bookshelves.

How cool is that! I have my own Lego castle. When I bought it, my son was getting a castle too although a different one. The very nice clerk had to sweetly point out how lucky he was getting two whole castles. He just rolled his eyes.
